Hi Phil, This looks like exactly what I have been looking for to do the books for a welfare society. One question though. Sometimes one member hands in a handful of slips for all kinds of different expenses, eg Petrol, stationery, labour. I only make one payment, but I want the different categories to be debited. How would I handle that?

Hi Philip, I just took a look at your video. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am Mortgage broker and Financial Security Advisor in Quebec Canada. I am paying for Quickbooks online and I have to be honest I have it for a year and I still I am not clear on how to use it. I need something simple and I think I can actually use this for my service business. I need to track my income, my expenses, the bills I have to pay and any purchase I have to make relating to my services and I need to track daily and monthly. I am going to give it a try. I hope there have been improvements since this video what put out 3 years ago. 🤔

Great system. We have a 90 person seniors community group. Can you keep payments from the 'individuals' for fees and 'outings' etc without running out of journal entry space or do you need to bulk entry each time. What are the entry limits at this stage. How do you move from 1 period to the next and keep the detail. Do you copy the Spread sheet then erase the journal entries - can't see this part in my mind. Thankyou for this system. Sorry if the questions are fiddly.

A business that involve bookings online ticket ,I then prepares the invoice for the client what books of account is required?or should I start my accounting record from income statement and how are this accounting record prepared in excel.lastly , how do you link two sheets together so much when you input a data in one it will appear in the other sheet,thank you.
